Origin of the name -

PolyKingz originated in 2015 with two brothers (Twins Jacob and Joshua) and a group of friends. Jacob and Joshua being afakasi, grew up in a Polynesian household, and that’s where the poly in Polykingz comes from. As well as being taught and raised to have a leader mindset, and that’s where the kingz in Polykingz comes from.

Growing up for the twins-

Growing up Jacob was known as the polyboii and Joshua was known as the pineapple-king, due to always walking around with a pineapple in school.

Tragedy hits-

In 2018 their lives changed forever, Joshua was in a fatal car accident which completely halted the brand for years to come. A big part for the Ohana was gone to be in heaven, and watch over all of us.

A new beginning for the brand -

Through heartbreak and pain, Jacob has picked up what him and his brother once started. In hopes to honor and remember the Pineapple-king (Joshua) and spread much aloha and respect to as many people as possible.

The design -

Every clothing design is hand drawn and thought out by Jacob. Every design has a different meaning, a different story and no two designs are the same.
